Access to the Fitness Center in the Clubhouse is available to owners 24/7 with the purchase of a magnetic fob system. Fobs will be available for sale at a cost of $50.00 each.
As with barcodes, checks only (made out to Autumn Woods) will be accepted for payment (no cash and no credit cards). And it is always best to call ahead of time to make sure the manager is in the office and available to help you with your purchase 239.596.9634.
At the time of purchase, residents will need to sign a liability waiver or parental consent form (for guests between the ages of 14 and 17 year of age) for anyone seeking access the fitness center. Signers will be asked to provide a picture ID which will be scanned.
