The new Irrigation Schedule will go
into effect Monday, April 28th. The new schedule has
been mailed to all homeowners. It is available on the
website by clicking on the Irrigation Schedule button.
Special thanks to Jane Campbell, Ann Stearns, Patsy
Gorgasz, Ann Orem, Judy Dinan and Judy Williams for
processing the mailers that were sent out on April 22nd.
Special thanks to the Autumn Woods
Water Aerobics Club members for cleaning the chairs,
lounge chairs and tables in the pool area. They really
needed a good cleaning and look great. Those who offered
their time and efforts were Ann and George Orem, Mary Jo
Oxton, Fran Warden, and Judy Dinan,
When leaving the pool area, please close the umbrellas
if you are using a table. Strong winds can tip them
causing damage to the tables. Thanks for your
cooperation.
We would like to add a ‘youth page’ to the website. One
section of the page will be a ‘salute to our youth’
which will acknowledge the accomplishments in academics,
co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and
athletics. The remaining section of the page would
report on various activities. Some activities could
include a Christmas party with or without Santa Claus, a
Halloween costume party or parade, an Easter egg hunt,
and a Fourth of July parade for the younger kids and
perhaps an exhibit of photography and artwork by the
older youth. In addition, we could have a 2 on 2, or 3
on 3 basketball tournament and a free throw shooting
contest for all youths. We need volunteers to make this
happen. If you would be interested, please email me at

information regarding services to homeowners and
comments from the homeowners regarding levels of
satisfaction. Please submit your comments so we can grow
this page into a useful tool for all of us.
The interior of the clubhouse will be getting a new coat
of paint. This was approved at the last board meeting.
Funds come from the reserve account not from current
dues.
When leaving the workout room, please make sure the
lights, fans, and TVs are turned off. Thank you for
helping us keep our electric costs down.
