Irrigation Testing

All Irrigation Companies will need to fax a request (596-9716) or call the property manager (596-9634) to schedule irrigation testing for homes in Autumn Woods. Irrigation Companies must be licensed and insured. Wet checks are not an additional watering day. Water is to be on only during wet check and then promptly turned off.

Irrigation Schedule

Note that all times are Eastern Standard Time. During Daylight Savings Time, your clock needs to remain set at Eastern Standard Time. Our irrigation company will change their equipment to adjust to your clock.

Example: If your watch says 5:00 pm during daylight savings time, your clock will be set at 4:00 pm and irrigation will happen at 5:00 pm during the months we are in daylight savings time. During Eastern Standard Time months, everything should be set and happen at 5 pm.

**** It is critical that everyone irrigate only at their designated times. We currently use more water than we are given on a daily basis and can no longer rely on the additional supply we are able to draw from our lakes. We are asking everyone in the community to be diligent about repairing broken sprinkler heads and other malfunctions of their systems in order to protect our precious water supply. The Collier County schedule for watering with potable water is as follows:
Addressees ending in an odd number (1,3,5,7,9) are allowed to water on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Addresses ending in an even number (0,2,4,6,8,) are allowed to water on Thursdays and Sundays.
Watering is allowed during only one of two windows on designated watering days: 12 midnight and 10 a.m. or 4 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. The times are the same regardless of the size of the lot.

We are not able to schedule Saturday wet checks at this time until our system is more reliable.
