The 2008 Homeowners Manual (
Rules And Regulations) attached below was
Approved by the Board of Directors at the
1/23/08 regular meeting. The Board thanks all
who provided input and participated in its
development. This New version of the HO Manual
replaces the 2003 HO Manual.

The BOD also approved on
First Reading changes to the
Hurricane Shutters section and added rules for
Rent Signs.

All meetings are at the clubhouse at
7:00pm on
the second and fourth Tuesday of the month.
Architectural Review Committee requests should be submitted
two
days
in advance to the Property Manager
or come to the meeting with your request.
